Ratownicy Grupy Wałbrzysko-Kłodzkiej GOPR w Książańskim Parku Krajobrazowym uratowali biegacza

W minioną sobotę Ratownicy Grupy Wałbrzysko-Kłodzkiej GOPR w Książańskim Parku Krajobrazowym uratowali biegacza dzięki zastosowaniu defibrylatora.

Z uwagi na miejsce zdarzenia ratownicy zostali poproszeni o pomoc przez dyspozytora pogotowia ratunkowego w Wałbrzychu. Zgłoszenie dotyczyło 54-letniego mężczyzny, który podczas biegania zasłabł i jego stan się pogarszał. Po przybyciu na miejsce okazało się, że stan poszkodowanego był krytyczny – prowadzony był już masaż serca przez innego mężczyznę, który znalazł biegacza na leśnej ścieżce. Ratownicy przejęli poszkodowanego prowadząc jego dalszą resuscytację krążeniowo-oddechową. W działaniach został użyty trzykrotnie defibrylator, który doprowadził do przywrócenia akcji serca mężczyzny. Poszkodowany został przekazany zespołowi Pogotowia Ratunkowego, który przybył na miejsce zdarzenia w trakcie prowadzenia działań ratowniczych. Był to pierwszy przypadek w historii działania grupy Wałbrzysko – Kłodzkiej, w której użycie defibrylatora pozwoliło na przywrócenie czynności życiowych osoby z nagłym zatrzymaniem krążenia.
